Environmental Advisor

Job description

Allen & York are proud to be working with a leading construction company as they look to grow their Environmental Department through recruiting Environmental Advisors for their sites in London and Birmingham.

The Environmental Advisor will be responsible for improving environmental performance and compliance, handling environmental performance data and reporting, and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and ISO14001. In addition, you will be required to engage with stakeholders at all levels and will have the opportunity to engage and assist with delivering training workshops, so excellent communication and leadership skill are vital. Your proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment will be key in supporting the delivery of this project.

You will have at least two years of experience in an environmental role in the construction (or related) sector and have knowledge of environmental legislation and ISO accreditations, as well as experience in conducting environmental inspections and audits. As the role will largely be site-based, you must be able to commute to London or Birmingham regularly.

If you have relevant experience and are eager to enhance your career in a dynamic role within a fast-growing company, please send your CV to Giorgia at gknox@allen-york.com to find out more and apply.
