Global Offshore Ornithology Lead - UK

The role
You will.
Grow, manage and support our clients offshore ornithological team.
Orchestrate ornithology surveys, impact assessments, mitigation design, EIA/ESIA and HRA's all in accordance with best practice.
Manage and oversee junior team members' technical work and outputs.
Be responsible for bidding for offshore ornithological projects.
Requirements
We are looking for people who:
Have a thorough understand of ornithological consultancy, including HRA, E&S due diligence and ESG with a focus on renewables.
Have Experience with EIA/ESIA for major energy infrastructure projects.
Have leadership and recruitment experience
Can manage ornithological project budgets
