Head of Responsible Business - London / Hybrid

We are delighted to be working with one of the world's leading specialist Professional Services firms in Legal, Insurance and Compliance as they embark on the next chapter of their growth as a Responsible Business with this new appointment as Head of RB.

With a global footprint in dozens of countries and a reputation for excellence and integrity our client has created the role of Head of Responsible Business to bring together the existing strands of D&I, Sustainability, Social and CSR in a holistic, Group wide, role as Head of Responsible Business.

Operating as a single global entity our client has already made significant strides in all of the associated areas of RB and enjoys company wide support in aspiring to be the best Responsible Business they can be.

The purpose of this role is to further develop the corporate vision, provide thought leadership, educate and inspire the business and its employees in bringing the holistic culture and ethos to life.

We are seeking previous experience operating at a high level of corporate structure related to Responsible Business within an organisation with a multinational or global footprint. Demonstrable experience as a subject matter expert in some aspects of RB with highly developed communication and stakeholder skills. You will be able to drive change with a collaborative, relationship based approach.

With a Head office in London you will typically work 2 days in office per week with home working and occasional business travel.
