Health & Safety Trainer

Allen & York are partnering with one of the world's largest natural resources companies employing over 160,000 people globally as they search for a Health & Safety Trainer to join their industrial manufacturing site near Gravesend, Kent.

With a huge global presence and operations in over 35 countries, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety training professional to join a global company with unlimited career opportunities and progression potential. The site operates 24/7, 365 days a year providing a vital service in dealing with the raw materials that are part of the makeup of every day industrial applications.

The role will play an instrumental part in creation and execution of the training programme to continue in the employee development of Health & Safety standards and practice across the site. It will include the agenda of creation of a centralised training database, maintaining continuous improvement, driving a change programme through training and working towards achieving world class standards for the company.

If you are a qualified Health & Safety trainer with a track record of working in a high hazard environment and proven track record then this will be a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills and be part of a growing and dynamic organisation.

About You
You will have clear experience working as a Health & Safety trainer ideally within a industrial or manufacturing environment.
Be qualified to NEBOSH Diploma
Have a degree or postgraduate teaching qualification
Strong communication skills
