Impact Manager 12 month FTC
Are you an Impact Manager with private markets experience?
Do you want to work for a leading ethical, sustainable and impact investment management firm?
In this role as an Impact Investment Manager on a 12 month Fix term contract, you will join a growing investment management firm, which is at the forefront of the responsible investment field.
Based in the London office for at least 3 days a week (hybrid working) you will be responsible for strategy development for the businesses impact investment offering, this will include market mapping, positioning, defining investment strategy and identifying the most suitable structure, along with driving and leading the design and delivery of the businesses impact offering overall, your private market experience, along with any regulatory/product experience and knowledge of investment risk will help you achieve this.
You will cultivate external partners to grow and strengthen the businesses impact work and potentially generate additional new co-investors continuing to manage these ongoing relationships . Working collaboratively and building relationships across the wider organisation and network of stakeholders who will help to implement the strategy from a marketing, compliance and operations perspective.
As the successful candidate you will be educated to a degree standard, holding financial qualifications such as CFA or ACCA and have the ability to understand and interpret business and impact strategy within the context of values-led private market enterprises. You will have demonstrable interest in private market impact investment and an enthusiasm and passion for making a positive difference that is inspiring to others. With a proven ability to build new relationships and partnerships effectively you will have strong commercial acumen and ability to creatively identify attractive business opportunities for investment.
In return you will receive a competitive salary ranging £70,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience on a 12 month fixed term contract.
