Allen & York are thrilled to be working with an ambitious advisory team, led by two pioneering figures in the world of sustainability consultancy. Working with companies across multiple sectors around the world, our client helps major corporations navigate their sustainability journey, transforming their businesses. They are looking for experienced and innovative Client Manager to work across all areas of the business to ensure the client's needs are met and that the work is submitted on time and to budget. Given the nature of the business and role, you will have agency-side experience working with large corporate clients, and be able to navigate projects and quickly adapt when things don't go to plan.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with global corporates who are fully committed to sustainability on a range of different projects, and work with the dedicated and highly skilled Team of professionals internally, and you'll be a key member of the Client Management Team.
As the client's main point of contact, you'll have demonstrable experience of planning projects, managing a number of projects concurrently, dealing with budgets and tracking. Due to the nature of the work being carried out, it's expected you will have experience of working on sustainability projects and you'll have the ability to create and develop written content or messaging for presentations or communications and support the lead consultant to ensure clear communication channels are established both internally and with the client. You'll enjoy and excel at building strong client relationships and scoping for new business opportunities. An excellent communicator, you'll have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
A key part of this particular role is your ability to run corporate reporting projects and as such, you'll be adept at corporate reporting and communications delivery. You will be encouraged and supported in your own personal development, widening your knowledge of the sustainability agenda and topical issues via a range of sources.
With beautiful offices on the banks of the River Thames, in Central London, the Team work three days in the office and flexibility is expected regarding which days you are in, as it will be dependent on project teams and subcontractors you're working with, and of course deadlines.
