Allen & York are proud to be working with an established creative communications agency who have a strong sustainability offering as they search for an Integrated and Financial Reporting Consultant to join their Team and work with FTSE 100 clients providing thought leadership on financial and integrated reporting.
As an experienced consultant, you'll have ideally worked in an comms agency in a busy corporate reporting Team, backed up by your postgraduate qualifications, preferably in the sustainability space but you'll have experience of working closely with clients and internally, to strengthen relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. You'll provide thought leadership to the Team, the majority of whom are sustainability Account Directors but due to an increasing demand from clients, you'll be the expert on financial reporting.
It will be your responsibility to share your knowledge and best practice both internally and externally, and support business development opportunities within the integrated reporting arena.
Whilst there are no team management responsibilities at the moment, this is something that might come with time and so any previous experience of having done this previously would be advantageous but mentoring and coaching will be required. It goes without saying that you'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you'll be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and compiling reports.
Based in London, you will be required to attend the office but they operate a hybrid working model so you don't need to live in London and a competitive salary and package is on offer.
