Operating at principal level, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex, multi-site environmental due diligence for major mergers, acquisitions, and property transactions. - Producing and reviewing technical reports, ensuring consistency, clarity, and commercial relevance.
- Advising clients on environmental risk and regulatory compliance within investment frameworks.

- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Extensive experience in environmental due diligence, ideally within a consultancy setting.
- A sound understanding of Phase I and Phase II assessments, environmental compliance, and sustainability risk in transactional contexts.

- A degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong project management and client-facing skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the UK and occasionally within Europe.
