We are recruiting for a Principal Geotechnical Engineer in Birmingham, working for a leading engineering and environmental consultancy. Where you will have the opportunity to deliver a high quality consultative service to corporate, industrial, development and financial clients across a variety of sectors.
Within the Ground Solutions Team you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience and work with a range of public and private sector clients on some key and major projects. You will be involved in managing and producing design solutions in line with current Eurocodes, reports, specifications and drawings covering a range of project requirements within foundations and geotechnics.
The role will be predominantly office-based and involve working as a Principal Geotechnical Engineer within the Service, undertaking a broad range of geotechnical design. The role will be an equal split between Geotechnical Design & Business Development and Marketing.
The role may also involve some site-based work (relating to ground investigations, ground improvement, construction supervision, earthworks inspections and validation).
