Senior Account Director - Sustainability Reporting
Fully remote, or hybrid at London office (if desired)

Allen & York are partnering with a leading creative communications agency with an emphasis on sustainability, as they search for a Senior Account Director to focus on sustainability reporting. Joining a friendly and supportive team of account directors, the successful candidate will help in leading sustainability reporting projects for global corporate clients.

The ideal person will:
Have 5+ years of sustainability experience (either in-house or agency) in one or more of the following areas: reporting, communications or strategy
Be experienced working with multinational clients and leading teams to create high quality sustainability reports and communications
Have demonstrable knowledge and familiarity with international reporting sustainability frameworks and standards, such as the GRI, SASB, IIRC and ESG reporting indices, and sustainability materiality assessments
Have brilliant on and offline stakeholder communication and engagement skills as well as maintaining strong relationships
Be passionate about helping businesses improve their sustainability reporting and strategy approach
Be creative and innovative, good at using your initiative, with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, with a high attention to detail
Be willing to travel to client meetings across the UK and Europe (if required)
Desirable: experience developing 1-3 year communications plans and relevant assets.
