Senior Environmental Planner - Toronto, ON

Are you an experienced Environmental Planner looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Environmental Planner to join a leading, global environmental consulting firm, working on Provincial and Federal Environmental Impact Assessments across diverse projects, including mining, infrastructure, and renewable energy.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:
βœ” Lead environmental impact assessments and regulatory processes
βœ” Manage project tasks, proposals, and stakeholder consultations
βœ” Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies
βœ” Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development

Qualifications & Experience:
βœ” Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Studies, or a related field
βœ” 10+ years of experience in environmental program and project management
βœ” Experience with Federal IA, Class EA, TPAP, Ontario Energy Board/Canada Energy Regulator processes
βœ” Strong project management and technical writing skills
βœ” Experience working with Indigenous communities and regulatory approvals is an asset
βœ” Membership in Ontario Professional Planners Institute, OAIA, or ECO Canada EP designation is preferred
