Senior Landscape Architect - Shape the Future of Our Landscapes!

Are you a passionate Senior Landscape Architect looking to make an impact in the planning and design sector? We're searching for a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join a dynamic and collaborative team.

📍 Location: Banbury with travel for site visits
💼 Salary: Competitive, based on experience

What You'll Do:
✅ Lead and manage projects from inception to completion
✅ Prepare high-quality LVIA, LVA, and ES Chapters for planning applications
✅ Provide expert advice on landscape and visual matters to clients
✅ Mentor and support junior team members
✅ Coordinate strategic landscape mitigation proposals

What We're Looking For:
🔹 Degree-qualified Landscape Architect (Chartered or working towards CMLI)
🔹 Strong understanding of GLVIA3 and planning policy
🔹 Excellent report-writing and project management skills
🔹 Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and stakeholders
🔹 Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with wider consultant teams
