Solar Farm Grounds Maintenance Engineer
Location: Horsmonden, Kent

As a Solar Farm Grounds Maintenance engineer this is your chance to work for a successful professional progressive and expanding organisation at the heart of Countryside Management, Grounds Maintenance, and Solar Farm Maintenance that delivers solutions to clients within Utilities, Construction, Solar, and Facilities Management.
This role will involve working from various locations throughout England and Wales during the week, and dependent on weather conditions may involve weekend working, for which a bonus system is applicable.
You will be a Pragmatic, hands -on individual, these traits will shine through as you undertake Solar Farm Grounds Maintenance across England and Wales daily. You will have proven prior experience of such a role, or demonstrable aptitude for it.
In the role of Solar Farm Grounds Maintenance engineer you will undertake a number of tasks including; Solar Farm Mowing with agricultural tractor and three-point linkage machinery, Solar Farm vegetation management with two stroke handheld equipment, Solar Farm Herbicide application with ATV and boom operated equipment and preparation, loading and unloading of equipment and materials to undertake these tasks. Along with these tasks you will be tasked with care and basic maintenance of equipment while liaising with local engineering firms for repairs and servicing as required along with liaison with local landowners and clients to necessitate local operational needs. Route planning, logistics and basic administration with be a key part of this role.
To be considered for this role you must have; A full clean driving licence an long with a towing accreditation (B&E). A qualified tractor driver with ATV / Boom & Handheld Spraying experience, preferably with PA1 / PA6 and PA2 NPTC or LANTRA equivalent. Strimmer / Brushcutter familiarisation is a essential skill you should process
