They are looking for a Strategy and Partnerships Associate to help us assess the markets, develop their international market entry strategies, identify partnership opportunities, engage their growing client base, develop compelling materials and support the continued growth and success of our business.

What the job involves As a Strategy and Partnerships Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting efforts to develop partnerships and expand internationally and to work with them to change energy, for good.
The role includes: go-to-market strategies, marketing approaches and key account management.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects from new country market entry, account strategy and lead generation to negotiation and onboarding.
The role offers huge potential for growth and responsibility in the globally expanding market for the decarbonisation of heat.
You will work closely with whole commercial team from strategy, marketing, technical sales, partner training and project delivery.
The key purpose of the role is to develop, nurture and grow partnerships with companies that have suitable end user clients for their products, thereby enabling expansion into new markets.
Responsibilities include:
? Developing international growth and market entry strategies
? Market research and analysis of target markets (e.g. policy & subsidy regimes, industry analysis, energy markets) and potential customers (e.g. drivers, sustainability strategies and opportunities)
? Delivery of outreach activities to engage prospective partners and customers
? Develop partner and customer relationships through email, social media and face-to-face conversations. Changing Energy for Good

Job Description
? Support partnership approaches, processes (for example training) and commercial negotiations
? Ongoing account management i.e. the training, support and operational management of commercial partners
? Supporting partners to assess customer portfolios and determine the suitability for renewable energy solutions
? Development and presentation of robust proposals to prospective customers
? Contributing to marketing and communications strategy
? Development of compelling marketing materials and collateral to support outreach activity, tailored to specific markets and sectors
? Support a range of marketing initiatives to support brand presence across channels e.g. social media content and activity, website development, events and trade shows
? Research and develop thought leadership content to help position the brand within key markets and market segments
? Working with industry stakeholders and partners on joint marketing activities Desired Requirements:
? Degree educated
? Experience or appreciation of commercial / marketing / technical functions within an engineering led business
? An appreciation of engineering or a relevant background in a technical field
? A strong interest in the technical solutions to tackling climate change and the energy transition in general
? Understand the drivers behind tackling climate change and the ability to communicate the business case for renewables
? Highly motivated by successfully achieving defined team and personal targets ? Excellent analytical skills and an ability to clearly communicate complicated information to a range of different audiences e.g. technical and non-technical ? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent understanding or fluency in a major European language, ideally Italian or Germany would be beneficial
? A can-do attitude and a commitment to continual learning and development
? Strong organisation and project management skills
? Entrepreneurial and action oriented, with a strong drive for results
? Critical thinking and decision making skills with an ability to challenge the status quo
? Experience of CRM systems is desirable
? Previous experience of engineering systems such as building services, hydraulic systems, heating and hot water, or renewable heat would be an advantage.
Remuneration Competitive salary + discretionary bonus scheme + company share options
