The company are regarded as a progressive organisation and are now looking to continue this with a new appointment for a Business Development Lead within their Sustainability function.
The company work across a range sectors including proven sectors such as chemical, industrial and retail as well as clean and emerging technologies such as hydrogen and nuclear.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Global Head of Sustainability Services the focus of this role will be to drive and develop the product related sustainability services across the region delivering against the overall strategy.
Some of the key responsibilities will include managing the product development and innovation projects in products sustainability from ideation, through product concept, development & piloting to product ramp-up. Working with key Account Managers and stakeholders to create value for customers as well as establishing and maintaining the relevant sustainability technical knowledge with external experts.
Candidates will have ideally a degree in Engineering or Environmental Science with either a working knowledge in those areas or an appreciation and an interest. Key to success in the role will be a proven track record working in a Business Development function with a strong network of contacts in Singapore and the ASEAN region.
