Job description
Allen & York are proud to be working with a boutique consultancy who work with a range of global companies across all sectors to help them navigate this period of change in the sustainability sector.
With a vast amount of experience in the sustainability strategy and communications space, my client is now looking for someone with c.3-5 years' relevant experience to join their Team and work closely with one of their Senior Consultants across various sustainability and ESG issues, including climate, human and labour rights, DE&I and nature.
As such, you will currently be working for another consultancy or inhouse within a corporate organisation where you would like more autonomy or maybe wish to broaden your exposure to other areas or sectors. You'll be responsible for supporting the founders and strategists through conducting research, carrying out materiality assessments, reviewing landscapes and developing strategies, to then prepare presentations and attending meetings with often senior stakeholders with colleagues.
It goes without saying you'll have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), project and time management skills, be adept at analysing both quantitative and qualitative data and you'll be flexible, positive and adaptable as you'll be working on a number of projects simultaneously.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn a lot from an experienced team in their beautiful office surroundings (they offer a flexible working model) and gain exposure to some of the highest profile and most exciting sustainability challenges. So, if you want to join this fast growing and dynamic team and really make a positive difference, call Katie on 01202 888986 ext 207.
