Allen & York are delighted to be working alongside Telford Offshore to facilitate a brand-new vision to help transform the organisation on their journey to achieve carbon neutrality. Telford Offshore are an international offshore services provider supporting multiple offshore activities, focusing on high capacity accommodation, lifting, fabrication and installation services.
This unique and exceptional role has a dual objective of strategically delivering the vision across the company, and pragmatically has a primary objective of reducing carbon for the operational business through the implementation of a major project initiative. It is envisaged this will largely be done by initially establishing a viable biofuels operation owned, run and operated by Telford Offshore, replacing diesel as the fuel source for the operating fleet.
Working closely with and reporting to the CEO and collaborating more widely with the senior team at large, this role will be fundamental in the development and realisation of the strategy, acting as the expert and knowledge centre to advise and support management and key stakeholders on achieving business transformation in the key area of decarbonisation.
To be considered for this ground-breaking opportunity candidates should be well-rounded in their skills and background. Areas of experience could include offshore or marine, shipping or renewables in an international setting, with strong project management experience. Central to this role will be the ability to demonstrate skills in delivering innovative concepts to completion with similar challenges to the one above and managing multi-stakeholders internally and externally.

It is anticipated that a resourceful individual with experience working in diverse environments and a 'can-do attitude' will thrive in this opportunity at the forefront of the energy revolution.
The role is flexible in location with some preference to be Head Office based in Dubai and it is anticipated that candidates might have an engineering degree, or similar, to have worked on similar "inception to execution" projects.
