Allen & York are excited to be working with a leading construction company as they grow their Sustainability Team by recruiting a Sustainability Manager to work on two large, high profile projects in London.

Reporting into the Head of Sustainability, this is a super opportunity for an ambitious, dedicated, agile and adaptable manager who's looking for a new challenge and to position themselves in a growing business to join and work with a great deal of autonomy and freedom, to be innovative and to really drive the projects you're responsible for.

Both your office base and projects are fairly central in London so you'll need to live relatively nearby as you will need to be on site for a significant amount of time when the construction begins and in the office before this to ensure sustainability is integral to the design phase.

The two projects - one of which is a new build and the other a retrofit - will be net zero carbon and as you'll be joining before construction begins, this is a unique opportunity for you to make the projects your own and you'll have a lot of influence and say in the direction of the project, looking into the materials, transport, circular economy and supply chain. In addition to looking at these elements, you will be fully adept at BREEAM as both buildings hold BREEAM Outstanding certification.
