Allen & York are delighted to be working with a leading UK tour operator as they look to recruit a Programme Manager to join their growing Sustainability Team and help to integrate the strategy and deliver this.
You will report to the Sustainability Manager and, having developed the strategy, they are now looking to hire a Programme Manager to work with to put the programme of work in place.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, passionate programme manager who's comfortable juggling a number of different projects at any one time and who's also happy to join a small, but growing Team of sustainability professionals and sees the opportunity to help grow the Team. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement experience, have experience of working with different systems and tools and proven experience of having successfully delivered on sustainability programmes before.
The Head Office is in West Sussex and the Team tend to work in the office for a couple of days a week (normally on the same days so they can collaborate) and then remotely for the remainder of the week, unless meetings with clients are needed and a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the right candidate.
