Sustainable Finance Advisor.
Do you have 1 - 5 years' experience working as a Sustainable Finance Advisor?
Do you have a masters degree relevant to sustainability or finance with a good understanding and knowledge of emerging regulation such as EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and the EU Taxonomy?
Then this is the role for you!
In the role of Sustainable Finance Advisor, you will be working within the Climate & Sustainability team in the London office (though other locations in the UK considered for the right candidate). You will support the wider team to provide a holistic approach to advising clients on their decarbonisation and broader sustainability and ESG activities across supply chains, reporting requirements, tax, intellectual property and risk management.
As the successful candidate you will be tasked with supporting clients to develop strategies and solutions to enable successful client-outcomes. As a Sustainable Finance Advisor you will advise clients across a number of sector the business operates in including: energy, infrastructure, real estate, technology, all with a focus on financial services (e.g. project finance, private equity, listed equity, debt capital markets etc).
You should also be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of emerging regulation such as EU SFDR, EU Taxonomy, along with reporting frameworks, standards and benchmarks, such as TCFD, PRI, ISSB and CDP. Keeping abreast with emerging trends in sustainability such as climate change, carbon accounting, voluntary carbon markets, net zero, transition plans, Science based targets Initiative, nature based solutions will come naturally to you.
