Job description
We are looking for Team Leaders in Senegal with these qualifications :
Financial expert holding a Master's degree (BAC+5) in finance, economics, or an equivalent qualification. The candidate must meet the following requirements.
- Possess a professional experience of over fifteen (15) years in structuring, negotiating, and monitoring the implementation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts
- Have successfully undertaken similar assignments in the last ten (10) years (2013-2022), specifically as the lead project manager, focusing on PPP projects in infrastructure development
- Demonstrate a track record of comparable assignments in the solid waste management sector over the past decade (2013-2022)
- Experience in similar assignments in Africa
- Should be fluent in French
Assignment's durations are ten months. Full-time presence in Senegal is optional (3 missions to Senegal should be organised with one mission = 1 week of presence).
Estimated assignment start: June 2024
Team Leader's involvement: approximately three months of effort each
