Team Leader / Project Manager
Location - Türkiye

My client is seeking a highly qualified Team Leader / Project Manager on a contract basis to lead an infrastructure project in the water and wastewater sector. If you have extensive experience in project management and construction supervision, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an impactful project in Türkiye.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction and supervision of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Lead supervision teams for construction works under FIDIC contracts.
Manage project execution, ensuring compliance with PRAG procedures.
Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
Support the operation of water and wastewater networks and treatment plants.
Requirements:
Education: BSc/MSc/PhD in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the water/wastewater sector.
Participation in at least three construction or supervision projects in water/wastewater infrastructure.
Experience in at least two projects as Team Leader / Project Manager / Deputy Team Leader / Resident Engineer under FIDIC contracts.
Familiarity with PRAG procedures.
Professional experience in Türkiye is preferred.
Skills: Strong English proficiency (written & spoken), and proficiency in MS Office applications.
