Transformation Senior Manager - Operational Restructuring ESG
Are you a Business Management professional with a Transformation/ Operational restructuring background who has a passion for sustainability and ESG?
This is your chance as a senior manager to work within transformation and ESG for a leading global professional services organisation based in London.
Ideally you will have extensive knowledge of working and leading operational evaluation and restructuring projects within a large corporate entity or a big 4 or other leading advisory house.
In this role you will work collaboratively on major mergers and acquisitions, as well as work to resolve business critical crises arising from international take-over bids, financial crime investigations and cases of insolvency.
As a Senior Manager - ESG Transformation Specialist you'll utilise your restructuring skills to create and support the accelerated implementation of sustainable ESG strategy and corporate performance improvements with clients. This will be achieved through actively managing, leading and working alongside key senior client stakeholders including C-suite in the creation and embedding of large-scale, complex change programmes
You will have a deep understanding of the commercial and sustainability influences impacting clients and use this knowledge to offer insights and value to transformation programmes while undertaking market and client analysis to understand client's specific commercial and sustainability challenges and translating this into operational implications, such as ESG improvements and/or cost/impact reductions.
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting clients throughout the operational transformation lifecycle from strategic opportunity assessment and planning through to supporting the delivery of specific initiatives. Your experience may then have involved specific experience of financial, operational/ESG performance analytics/management and you may now be looking to deepen this move towards ESG. Experience may have been gained in an advisory capacity from a management consultancy, corporate finance advisory firm or as an 'internal consultant' in a corporate setting.
