Job description
We are looking for a Lead Consultant in Wastewater to be based in Oman - Muscat for a 10-month contract.
Required qualifications:
- Post-graduation in Economics/Finance/Engineering,
- 20 years of experience in similar projects (transaction advisory with a focus on PPP, infrastructure with a focus on wastewater)
- 5 successfully completed projects as Team Leader out of which at least 2 PPP projects of similar size (WWTP capacity above 100,000 m3/d)
Availability in Oman to coordinate the various stages of the procedure,
- 6 months at the beginning to prepare the PPP
- Then 3 months off
- Then 3 or 4 months in Oman or part in Oman and part home-based for the negotiations
