Air Quality Regional Lead
London
Are you a highly motivated Air Quality Consultant, with a desire to establish your own team, with excellent business development skills, commercial understanding and an established client network, looking for a great new role?
We're looking for an Air Quality Regional Lead to establish a new air quality team within our clients London office and demonstrate a clear work winning track record, an established client network, business planning, key account management and financial management skills. The role
You will;
Undertake specialist technical work such as air and odour dispersion modelling, air quality/odour/dust monitoring and report writing whilst working as part of a growing, integrated, progressive team.
Work on projects from proposal stage right through to completion and undertake project management and financial management.
Lead the technical delivery of the regional team, oversee training and technical excellence, line manage junior team members and implement efficiencies to aid technical delivery.
Requirements
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate at least eight to ten years of relevant consultancy-based work experience. A good understanding and experience of the following areas of work is required:
A proven track record in business development and client relationship management, with a demonstratable client network.
Training teams, mentoring and line management.
Demonstrate technical excellence.
The air quality assessment process as well as the standards and guidelines that are appropriate to industry.
The UK planning and Environmental Permitting systems.
Environmental Impact Assessment.
Air dispersion modelling software including the ADMS-Roads and ADMS 5 software packages and experience in using ArcGIS, QGIS and AutoCAD.
Onsite air quality and odour monitoring experience. Together with the design and management of air quality and odour monitoring strategies.
Proven odour acuity within the required odour panellist range.
BREEAM and indoor air quality assessment and monitoring experience.
Working with design teams, project managers and clients.
Project management.
Willingness to travel, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential to the role.
Experience of greenhouse gas emissions assessments and indoor air quality assessments are desirable.
