Your communication skills will be excellent, both written and verbal, you'll be adept at explaining information to people who aren't technical specialists and following up visits with competent reports.
You will be the main point of contact for your clients who will come from a range of different sectors so you'll need strong time management skills to ensure you can complete the audits and follow up with a comprehensive report and recommendations based on your experience of what businesses can do to improve. You will also be able to efficiently and effectively handle complaints when they arise to as to ensure good relations with all clients. Depending on your experience, you may have a Team of Assessors who work with you so you'll be good with people, be able to mentor and advise and guide the Team to success.
You will have previous experience in a certification focused role, an in-depth knowledge of at least one sector but ideally more and of a range of certification schemes that would come from working in an environmental role.
So, if you're operating at a senior level, have a strong attention to detail, are ambitious and driven and would like to join a successful business, please contact Katie on 01202 888986 Ext 207 to find out more.
