A respected, employee-owned ecological consultancy in the South West is seeking an Associate Director - Ecology to join their thriving team.
This is your chance to:
Lead complex ecological projects across private and public sectors.
Mentor and support a talented team of ecologists.
Influence planning, design, and development with your expert advice.
Drive high-quality ecological outcomes that make a real difference for biodiversity.
What we're looking for:
Senior-level ecological experience (EcIAs, HRAs, BNG assessments, management plans).
Strong communication skills with clients, planners, and regulators.
CIEEM Membership (Chartered status is a plus).
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
