C# Developer
£35k- £45k, London/ Hybrid working
Are you a passionate and skilled, predominantly back-end focused, C# developer, looking for a great new role?
We're looking for a C# Developer to join the Energy Analytics team that develops and supports a real-time data integration and analytics platform that is predominantly aimed at energy traders. If this sounds like you, read on!
The role
You'll be working alongside C# developers and energy consultants to help progress through an ambitious roadmap
You'll be responding to and working with clients to come up with innovative solutions to solve their problems
You'll keep up with the latest technical developments and ensure that they continue to push their systems to make use of the latest technologies
You'll be developing knowledge of the energy industry / wider context to expand the breadth of future work that you can get involved in
Requirements
As a C# Developer, you'll understand standard coding principles
An understanding of design patterns
Experience of clean architecture approaches (Git source code management and use of Azure DevOps)
Interested in learning about and developing their platform, with an energy context
You'll be self-supporting, but open to others' ideas and different ways of working
A team player, able to work closely with the wider team, including non-developers
Positive can-do approach to any task but also willing to question requirements and approaches
The ability to solve problems and find solutions using the right services and tools
The ability to adapt and learn on the job
Able to work in, and enhance, a high pace environment
