Job description

As a leading electronics organisations, with their headquarters in Southern Ireland, you'll be joining an established, exciting and growing Sustainability Team who are working with their competitors by openly sharing best practice to promote sustainability across the sector to drive positive change.
Based in Ireland, you'll have experience working on circularity programs, ideally in another electronics company, but experience in the FMCG sector would also lend itself well. What is important is your ability to take projects at various stages and run with them, suggesting improvements and working with multiple stakeholders to gather together information and understand the issues before recommending solutions. If you've got new, innovative ideas about how to do things and you're willing to think outside the box, then this is the right environment for you, joining like minded individuals with a real passion to make a difference and embed sustainability into everything they do, from how they source materials to distribution and recovery.
You'll have experience in a sustainability role and circular economy in particular, be adept at working across teams, educating and influencing non-sustainable professionals, thinking strategically using data and other insights, managing external relationships and partnerships and knowing who to connect with to further learning and developments. In addition, you'll work with the Insights Team to understand consumer perceptions of circularity and break down any barriers that are standing in the way of improvements. Off the back of this, you'll then be able to make suggestions for research and report on the success of initiatives.
If you're looking to further your already proven experience in sustainability and in particular, circular economy principles and you want to work with a passionate and committed Team of individuals, call Katie on 01202 888986 ext 207 to find out more.
