Allen & York are proud to be collaborating with one of the UK's largest airports as they look for an Emissions Strategy Researcher with strong technical knowledge to join a rapidly growing sustainability team.

Being a key global airport, they have sustainability at the forefront of their agenda with large ongoing initiatives such as Net Zero strategy and Carbon Programme projects, aligning with their values such as collaboration, improvement and doing the right thing. This new role fits into these projects by providing research and analytical support to remain informed in the latest policy and market developments relating to two technical areas: Carbon and Air Quality.

You will be someone with strong research and analytical skills, comfortable with data, and with a solid background and knowledge in these two key specialisms. You will be confident and able to translate complex technical information to inform strategy and decision-making, as this role involves engaging with data and evidence to inform and steer business approach. Working with colleagues and external experts, you will provide support with these areas, providing expertise and supporting other groups and teams across the company.
