Environmental Permitting Specialist
£Competitive- London, Southampton, Leicester, Manchester or Leeds
Are you an experienced an Environmental Permitting Specialist looking to work with a market leading Environmental Consultancy?
We're looking for a Senior/Principal level Environmental Permitting Specialist to join the waste and resource management department of a Global Engineering Consultancy.
The role
You will be responsible for;
- Delivery and management of Environmental Permit applications.
- Client liaison and Stakeholder engagement
- Business development with both new and existing clients
- Mentor the next generation of permitting professionals
Requirements
- BSc in Environmental Science or other relevant subject.
- Previous consultancy/Industrial role
- A proven record in delivering Environmental Permit applications.
- An extensive working knowledge of relevant environmental legislation.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
- A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to work under your own initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
