Job description
This opportunity represents a unique challenge in the market working with a commercial operating business servicing the UK and international governments supporting them across a varied range of projects and operations.
The role will be to support and influence the current strategy within the organisation as well as working with and developing policies to ensure compliance both in the UK and worldwide. Projects will range from supporting logistics, IT, construction, and technology.
This role provides critical support across the business and will work to plan and deliver the audit program as well as supporting the commercial bid team for relevant and pertinent H&S advice.
The role is initially on a 23-month fixed term contract, which is highly likely to be made permanent.
To be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates should ideally have a diverse background of experience, one that can adapt to a range of risks and challenges. A proven track record of driving culture change and influencing is desired and strong communication and presentation skills are required.
The role is hybrid but will be required to attend the Buckinghamshire office on average once a week with the potential for travel in the UK and possibly internationally. A NEBOSH Diploma is essential with CMIOSH or working towards is required.
