Our client is a leading provider of people services across several sites in the Midlands and East Midlands region. The company are a trusted provider to hundreds of families not just in the UK but abroad and this role plays an integral part in ensuring compliance and best practice.
The Health & Safety Advisor will act as a point of contact for expert advice and will be the primary point of contact for general Health and Safety enquiries within the company. Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager the role will liaise and interact with key stakeholders within the organisation and will conduct risk assessments and audits on a regular basis as required, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.
Candidates should have a background in ideally an education, care or similar environment working across a multi-sited environment. You should have a NEBOSH certificate and have a auditing experience with ideally a food hygiene certificate.
For this role it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
