Excellent opportunity to work with a well know brand in their distribution and warehouse centre based in Hampshire. The company have shown exponential growth over the years progressing from a local organisation into one of the leading brands throughout the UK in their field.
This role will be to work in the distribution centre in Hampshire to work within the operations to look at Health & Safety improvement in systems and processes, looking at areas such as root cause analysis and any accident investigations.
As a new role it will be important to build rapport and relationships with key participants across the site so that Health & Safety becomes embedded within the workforce. It will be necessary to carry out relevant risk assessments across the site as well as working with management for continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Operations Manager candidates will need to have experience working in a manufacturing, distribution or logistics environment ideally and carry a NEBOSH Certificate or ideally be Tech IOSH.
