This is an excellent opportunity to join an established family business who have grown from strength to strength over the past 30 years to become a leader operating and working with the waste and utilities sector.
This role, reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, will be to provide support and advice across the sites working with Depot Managers to ensure compliance as well as providing advice for improvements. The role will build rapport across the business to ensure strong working relations and open communication through ongoing training toolbox talks.
Practically, the role will conduct SHE Audits in line with installed management systems as well as conducting investigations where appropriate and compiling reports and statistics.
Candidates will have at least 1-2 years' experience working in a dedicated Health & Safety role working in the construction or associated sectors, NEBOSH Certificate with ideally Tech IOSH membership and conversant with Microsoft Office.
