Principal Terrestrial Ecology Specialist - Project Manager

Are you an experienced ecologist with a passion for conservation and project management? We are seeking a Principal Ecologist to lead a dynamic Terrestrial Ecology team. In this role, you will manage multiple conservation projects, ensuring deliverables and budgets are met while fostering relationships with key stakeholders. You'll be responsible for developing proposals, overseeing field surveys, and preparing sustainability reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale conservation projects

  • Develop project proposals and ensure high-quality delivery

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Prepare environmental reports and sustainability strategies

  • Supervise and direct ecological field surveys

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Ecology, Zoology, Botany, Environmental Sciences, or a related field

  • Project management experience in the environmental sector

  • Expertise in biodiversity conservation

  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
