Project Coordinator | Environmental & Mining Consultancy | Gauteng, South Africa

Are you an organised, energetic and tech-savvy project professional who loves keeping teams on track? We're partnering with a respected international consultancy to find a proactive Project Coordinator to support project delivery, enhance systems, and champion best-practice project management across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating order, clarity and smooth project operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Support project managers with proposals, tenders, budgeting and project setup
  • Track time, budgets and spend across projects and proposals
  • Coordinate meetings, invoicing, reports, presentations and client comms
  • Manage logistics, documentation and QA/QC processes
  • Lead group project reporting for senior leadership
  • Act as the ERP super user, resolving system queries and developing reports
  • Train and mentor colleagues on project processes and system use

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years' experience in project coordination or consulting
  • Strong ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) capability
  • Exceptional organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a love for structure and process
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site when required
  • Relevant Project Management qualification
