Allen & York are experts in recruiting with purpose. With a 30 year history within Environmental, Energy, Sustainability & ESG, and Health, Safety & Wellbeing recruitment, an ever expanding client base and ambitious plans for growth, we're looking for experienced Recruiters to join our Environment & Energy team.
We have a varied client base from the largest multi-disciplinary Consultancies, SMEs and smaller, niche organisations to NGOs and Not-for-Profits - all with the common goal of recruiting for good and to help organisations hire great candidates to look after the world around us.
Having Recruitment experience is a must, whether that's as a Recruiter, Resourcer or in-house Talent Acquisition specialist, we need you to fully understand the whole recruitment lifecycle (we're sorry but CVs with no demonstrable hiring experience will not be considered). You'll also need excellent communication and negotiation skills for when you're talking to clients and candidates. A team player, you'll to be able to work well with the rest of our friendly bunch of recruitment professionals and enjoy working to exceed your target (and to relish the rewards this brings). You'll be expected to be in the office for 3 days per week initially but also able to motivate yourself for success on the days you work remotely.
What's in it for you? Well, we're a relaxed and welcoming team, who work together to achieve our individual and team goals. We're looking for individuals to fit seamlessly into our business - bringing with them the determination to hit the ground running and to match our energy and enthusiasm for delivering great hires to the green economy. With both a competitive salary and generous commission scheme, flexibility and the usual company benefits, this is a role that will bring purpose into your recruitment career.
