Join Us in Driving Sustainability Across EMEA
Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a tangible impact across multiple countries? We are looking for a Regional Sustainability Lead to spearhead sustainability initiatives, ensure strategic alignment with organisational goals, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of sustainability programmes and projects across EMEA.
Collaborate with local teams to implement sustainability projects, including carbon neutrality, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and circular economy practices.
Track and report sustainability metrics to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Drive operational improvements by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance energy and sustainability performance.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to elevate sustainability efforts.
Support local EHS teams by managing sustainability initiatives that go beyond compliance to achieve operational excellence.
Act as a strategic advisor, guiding site teams on best practices for resource utilisation and sustainability innovation.
Assess current site capabilities, identify resource gaps, and recommend actions to regional and site leaders.
Work closely with site managers to overcome obstacles and achieve sustainability goals.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in energy auditing, energy efficiency projects, producing net-zero roadmaps, and monitoring sustainability performance.
Experience working in the EMEA region and leading diverse teams.
A qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science or a related field.
Membership (or intention to obtain) of a relevant professional body such as IEMA or a local equivalent.
