Senior EIA Consultant
£40k- £42k, Hybrid UK, London, Chippenham
Are you an Environmental Impact Assessment professional, with a knowledge Property and Urban Regeneration sectors, looking for a great new role?
We're looking for a Senior EIA Consultant to project manage statutory EIA and non-statutory environmental assessment and planning processes required to support major development proposals focussed on the Property and Urban Regeneration sectors. If this sounds like you, read on!
The role
Whilst pushing the boundaries of your profession and developing your career in an open, collaborative and empowering culture, you'll be part of exciting team of experts, who respect each other and work towards a common goal. You'll work on some of the largest masterplan schemes in the UK and get involved from the early feasibility stage through to planning submission and planning condition discharge.
You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary business, with in-house technical specialist groups, primarily focused on property projects, but there would also be the opportunity to work on transport, infrastructure and renewable energy schemes.
Requirements
In this role, our client will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. As a start, you will have prior EIA project management experience on complex projects.
Also, using your excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills, you'll work successfully across the business and with internal and external sub-consultants in the delivery of a consistent EIA approach and ES reporting style.
