My client is a national, multi-disciplinary firm of property professionals, with an established and growing Planning & Development Team. The 11 strong Oxford Planning and Development Team (based in our 100 strong multi- disciplinary Summertown office ) has been established for more than 15 years, and manages a large and varied portfolio of planning instructions in the south of England on behalf of developers, promoters, private landowners, institutions, local authorities and government agencies.
Current projects include a 900 unit mixed use scheme at Abingdon for CEG, promotion of a range of sites for Inland Homes through the South Bucks and Chiltern Joint Local Plan, and a 135 bedroom student accommodation scheme for Wadham College. We are also advising a number of public sector organisations, including local authorities and NHS Trusts.
We are strengthening our team through the appointment of a Planner at Senior or Associate level, to help manage existing projects. There will also be the opportunity to work with colleagues to develop new business.
