Senior Town Planner

Do you want to work for a Multi-disciplinary Environmental Consultancy with over 75 years' of history who are a highly recognised and respected for being at the forefront of environmental and rural sectors.

As a Chartered Member of the RTPI, you will have An RTPI accredited Honours Degree and/or Diploma or Masters Qualification, you will use this experience to successfully deliver planning applications and permissions. While taking a broad area of responsibility for all aspects of the development process including planning policy and appraisal work, land promotion, provision of planning consultancy services along with detailed development management and delivery.

Drawing on your 3 -5 years' worth of experience within the planning sector you will be well placed to manage junior -consultants, undertake site appraisals, and provide strategic and tactical planning advice to clients at senior levels. You will be working closely with our other Planners, and help manage and deliver new projects as part of the business planned growth.

Your Experience will lead itself to demonstrating your well-rounded knowledge of the planning system, and experience gained in the commercial, residential, energy and leisure sectors.

Co-ordinating and preparing planning applications and environmental impact assessments, develop relationships with clients, local authorities, stakeholders and local communities will be second nature to you.
