Sustainability Investment Manager
Salary c. £45,000 and benefits (28 days holiday + bank holidays)
Hybrid, highly flexible working with offices around the UK
Allen & York are proud to be partnering with the UK's biggest housing association as they search for a Sustainability Investment Manager to join their growing Sustainability team. With ambitious plans to improve energy efficiency for 75,000 properties across the country, this is an excellent opportunity to get involved and be part of large-scale impact within the built environment.
About the Role
The Sustainability Investment Manager will be responsible for developing and driving the delivery of a decarbonisation programme to achieve the Group's objectives, including EPC Band C by 2030 and Net Zero Carbon by 2050. You will be in charge of managing funding opportunities that maximise the Group's commitment to the sustainability agenda, and ensuring the wider Group has a good understanding of sustainability objectives.
The Perfect Candidate will:
Have experience working with Net Zero measures, such as energy efficient action plans, within the built environment
Be comfortable working with large, complex data sets, including analysis, developing strategies and presenting findings
