Allen & York are working with a well known, highly reputable, international strategy consultancy who are looking for an Account Director to join their Client Services Team and work with a wide range of clients (large and small) across a range of sectors. They've had a really strong year, have a good pipeline and every Team is growing, so it's a really exciting time to join the business.
So, to be considered for the role, you'll have proven experience of engaging with clients, your project management skills will be exceptional, you'll have strong leadership skills and bring with you a certain gravitas. You'll manage a small number of Account Executives and Account Managers, allocating resources and supporting them with their work and you'll represent the business at industry events and round tables. In addition, you'll be involved in compiling and delivering pitches, looking at ways to expand existing client accounts and maximise the services provided. Whilst the AD skills are key, you will have a passion for sustainability and may well have completed some courses in sustainability or even have a relevant Masters degree.
You'll be joining a Team who work really closely together, with lots of support and collaboration and everyone has the same end goal...to be impactful and work with clients to help them incorporate sustainability into all areas of their business.
