Our client is a leading asbestos consultancy based in Manchester. They have built a reputation for delivering a reliable and professional asbestos service. They undertake asbestos project management and have several decades of experience within the industry.

They are looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst who has had exposure to managing asbestos across a range of environments and clients. You'll be responsible for writing reports / certificates using TEAMS as well as meeting with clients to ensure any works carried out in accordance with documented procedures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver professional advice, guidance and support on all aspects of asbestos compliance.
To be considered for this role, you must hold:
Surveyor/Analyst: * Previous experience consulting within the asbestos industry (essential) * P402 (essential) or RSPH equivalent * P403 & P404 (essential) or RSPH equivalent * Teams software experience * Excellent client facing skills * Full Driving licence
This role will involve travelling from different sites to carry out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke tests, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on a wide range of properties. Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on properties including commercial and industrial. Monitoring contractors on site ensuring that they comply with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures. Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
