Associate Director - Ecology
£50,000-£70,000 Oxfordshire (Hybrid working)
Our client, a specialist ecological consultancy, was founded in 2006 with only 4 people. Due to the ongoing success and expansion of the business, they have now grown substantially and have 50 permanent members of staff and therefore present an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director to join their industry leading biodiversity team, working on an exciting range of challenging and interesting nationwide projects.

The role
You will-
Be accomplished at working on complex large-scale projects with Directors.
Be accomplished at independently producing high quality EcIA chapters for complex sites.
Be accomplished at producing high quality HRAs for complex and strategic issues.
Provide direction in regard to key areas of business function and development.
Requirements
We are looking for people with:
GCN licence plus Dormouse and bat class 2 licences
An EPS mitigation licences in their own name.
Experience conducting NVC level woodland and grassland surveys
A sound background in natural history and familiarity with UK flora and fauna.
Comprehensive experience with UK botanical and faunal identification.
