Executive Impact Assistant
Our client is a global platform fully dedicated to biodiversity building, ecosystem restoration and reconnecting people to Nature through the creation of ultra-dense, biodiverse forests of native species primarily in urban areas. With 160 pocket forests planted in 28 cities on 6 continents, they have reconnected 40,000 youth & community members to Nature.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Founder & CEO ("Director")
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist & oversee organizing meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Conduct research and compile information as required.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.
- Liaise with internal teams, network of Forest Makers (26), and Forest Partners (30+)
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems for our forest portfolio.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate for this role possesses a proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. The candidate is committed to working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and interested in growing as a team and beyond. The candidate has the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills [required]
- Strong organizational and time-management skills [required]
- Detail-oriented, rigor, motivated, and a high level of accuracy [required]
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with precision [required]
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information [required]
- Familiarity with environmental and urban reforestation initiatives [optional]
- Proficient in Keynote, Pages, GDrive, Powerpoint, Word, Excel [required]
- Fluent in English [required], German, Italian and French [optional]
- Ability to work on-site in London or Switzerland [required]
- Full time and self-employed [required]
BENEFITS
- Whilst the candidate will be self-employed, Our client does offer paid holidays. Offices are officially closed for 2 weeks at the end of the year (from Dec 24th onwards) and for the first week of August.
- Travel & Accommodation to project sites will be covered by the client - if required (upon agreement)

CONSULTING FEE
Range between £35,000 and 50,000 annually.
