Rural Surveyor, Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex

Are you a Rural Surveyor who wants to work for one of Europe's leading multidisciplinary environmental consultancies?

Then its is your chance to join a rapidly expanding team that provides a professional service to the Energy and Utility Sector industry.

Ideally you will be a highly motivated surveyor with the energy and drive to deliver high quality work, whilst providing excellent customer service.

As a Rural Surveyor you will be asked to obtain act as an agricultural liaison officer between agricultural landowners and construction workers for the laying of cable routes. while facilitating landowner consents, wayleaves and easements for the installation of new utility infrastructure across the U.K. and to negotiate compensation claims and damage claims where required.

You will use your experience to liaise with all non-statutory consultants while undertaking Schedules of Condition prior to site works and securing access arrangements from landowners and occupiers for construction work or overhead line work.

Ideally you will be qualified to RICS Standard and leverage your personable, understanding to find solutions and deal with people in complicated situations.

You will hold a full driving licence and will be required to be flexible with regard to type of work, timing and location. A good knowledge of agriculture and the rural environment will be an advantage to you in this role.
