Allen & York are delighted to be working with a leading Software Sales Enterprise company as they look to hire a Senior Sales Executive in Italy to join their successful and established Team of Software Sales Executives. Joining a global business with an excellent reputation and a long history of working with corporate businesses, you will be engaging with Heads of Sustainability and IT Teams to present to them the benefits of the software and answer any questions they may have. As such, you'll be confident speaking to people at various levels with differing levels of technical understanding, you'll be good at reading the room, be solutions oriented and a natural communicator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a really super Team of professionals and engage directly with global brands to inform and influence them on the software platform. You will have prior experience of having worked in a sales environment, preferably in the SaaS sector, but specifically with ESG/sustainability experience. This may come from working in a start up or larger tech business but it's important that you have the technical background and subject matter expertise. You don't have to an expert in a particular sector as the company works across numerous sectors, but it's beneficial if you do.
This opportunity is based in Italy and and you will be fluent in Italian (preferably an Italian national), as well as English. The role is remotely based however you will be required to travel on occasion (about once a quarter) to client meetings and trade shows but you'll be comfortable working independently.
