You'll be an entrepreneurial sustainability professional with a solid background in the sector, having worked with a wide range of clients advising on and developing their strategies, managing programmes, communications and pitching for new business. This experience will most likely have come from working in a consultancy or agency environment and/or corporate setting where you've been exposed to the ever-changing challenges and opportunities that businesses face.
With real focus and a reputation for producing high quality work, your organisational skills and attention to detail will be second to none and you'll be comfortable liaising with senior business leaders. You'll love working on multiple projects seeking creative solutions to some of the world's biggest challenges, composing bespoke solutions tailored to clients' needs. You'll naturally work well in teams helping bring out the best in colleagues on every project.
Joining a fast-growing business with directors who are incredibly well networked, your initial role will be to deliver solid consulting services, engaging with clients, managing a number of projects at any one time and coming up with innovative solutions. If you've managed/mentored more junior team members previously, this will be advantageous and is something you can do in your new role.
